__Mr. Murphy is a graduate of both Fordham College in the Bronx and Fordham University School of Law. He practices primarily in litigation-based matters including family law (dissolution, custody, and support proceedings), criminal defense, and personal injury, in both State and Federal Courts. He additionally represents both individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters, handles immigration-related disputes and removal proceedings, and considers it a privilege to represent parents and families in the area of special education law.  Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey, as well as the Federal Districts of Connecticut, New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council.  He resides with his wife and children in Fairfield, CT.
